Therapy for High- Functioning Midlife women of Color navigating anxiety, trauma, & major life transitions

I offer a supportive, practical space to help you understand what’s holding you back and build skills that bring more clarity, balance, and peace into your daily life.

Does this sound familiar?

Maybe you’ve been finding yourself crying more than usual or getting angry for no real reason, and you are not sure what is causing it. You lie down at night, and your mind cannot stop racing, or maybe you are going through a major life shift that you are not sure how to manage.

Maybe you’re feeling irritable, overwhelmed, depressed, and perhaps even conflicted about which move to make to fix it.

It makes all the difference to have proper support and guidance that gives you clarity, understanding, and confidence to face those challenges gracefully.

I understand what it’s like to be an adult, trying to find peace amid chaos.

I have training in trauma work and anxiety disorders. My approach is a mix of insight and action. I use CBT techniques, solution-focused methods, and a person-centered approach to help guide and support.

My style is a mix of therapy with a coaching vibe! We go deep and get practical, helping you build tools you can use in your daily life. You can expect compassion, honesty, some laughter, but also clear next steps.

I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist who helps women find their peace, gain clarity, recognize their values, and move in that stance. I have training in life transitions and anxiety, and I use evidence-based practical methods to support change and reduction in unwanted symptoms.

In the past 19 years, I have worked with children, families, and adults on a range of issues and have helped women regain their confidence and self-esteem, address past traumas, become more regulated, gain clarity, and build healthier relationships with themselves and their children.

Schedule a brief 15-minute call to talk through what you’re looking for, what’s feeling stuck, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

Clarify

In our first session, we’ll explore key areas of your life and identify goals. From there, we’ll unpack challenges, emotions, and patterns, and begin building practical tools you can use day to day.

Practice

As we work together, you’ll start to notice small, meaningful shifts. We’ll talk things through, but we’ll also focus on applying what you’re learning in real life.

My Intensive will give you a 3-hour deep-dive session where we can take our time, process, connect the dots, and develop a plan to follow. This is perfect when you want concentrated support around anxiety, past trauma, emotional regulation, self- worth, or relationship patterns with more time to create meaningful change.
