Rates
- $200 per 50-60 minute Individual therapy session
- $220 per 60-70 minute Family therapy session
- $230 per 90-minute Intake session
I do have a sliding scale depending on the situation.
Insurance
I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna, which means I will bill these insurance companies directly for covered services. Clients are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance at the time of service.
For all other insurance companies, I am an out-of-network provider. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
It is your responsibility to verify your insurance benefits and coverage for therapy services, including any deductibles, co-pays, or out-of-network reimbursements.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
- Credit cards and debit cards
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance
- Aetna insurance
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be within 48 hours. If not, the client will be charged half the fee for that session.
A "No Show" will be charged the entire fee for that session.
